We are looking for fluent Turkish speakers to join an international service desk in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be supporting one of the world’s largest manufacturers in computers and printers and your task would be to answer technical queries from (business) customers via phone, email and chat.
This is a first level support role where analysing, diagnosing and fixing technical issues will be your focus. You will log incidents in the customer database system and will transfer more difficult inquiries to a higher level support if needed. However, taking ownership of the issue and updating your client on the progress of the ticket will be part of your responsibility.
We are looking for candidates who have:
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Turkish
– Good command of English
– Previous experience in a technical or customer support is desired
– Ability to multi-task
– Computer literate
