We are recruiting for trilingual speakers with fluency in Polish/English and one or more of the following languages: Italian/French/Spanish for an exciting role in Dublin. This is an office-based role working in the head quarter of a software company that provides employee reward and recognition platform to companies throughout the world.
As a Customer Service Executive, you work in a varied role which includes administrative tasks as well as answering calls and emails from your clients, where you will use your expertise to solve any issues relating to the product. You will provide information to enhance the overall experience of the platform and also work with your client to ensure the success of their recognition program. As part of this growing team your support will include among others activities such as password requests, nomination and redemption of awards. The focus is on client satisfaction so this position would suit a professional and experienced account manager.
We are looking for candidates who are:
– Fully fluent in written and spoken Polish, English and one or more of the following Italian/French/Spanish
– Professional and interested in client engagement and who can think on their feet
– Computer literate
– Team player
– Eagerness to learn and develop
Full paid training will be provided. Mon-Fri office hrs.
