We are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager with fluency in English and desired Spanish for an exciting role in Dublin. This team manager role is an office-based environment in the head quarter of a software company that provides employee reward and recognition platform to companies throughout the world.
As a Team Manager you will manage an in-house multilingual customer service team during the night shift (operational hrs between 12:00am to 8.30am). Your task is to create a stimulating work environment to continually increase the improvement and results of your team. Customer satisfaction is the main focus of this team and you will work closely with your team to ensure high client satisfaction is achieved. It will be your responsibility to analyse performances and make sure your team has the tools and knowledge they need to deliver their targets. Designing and delivering individual and group training/coaching sessions will be part of your role.
We are looking for candidates who have:
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written English
• Fluency in Spanish desired but not a must
• Previous experience in managing a call centre customer service team
• Ability to motivate and coach team members
• Strong Customer Service experience
• Good analytical skills
• Have a flexible attitude
• Computer literate
• Previous experience doing night shifts desired
