The role is for our client – a global outsourcing company – and is based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!
As a Customer Support Advisor you will work in the International Payment Support team. This is an inbound position where you will be representing a very well-known online payment brand. You will assist customers via phone and email, answering their questions in relation to online and secure payments and investigate and solve any issues for them.
We are looking for candidates who have:
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish
– Good command of English
– Previous experience in customer service is desired
– Ability to multi-task
– Computer literate
– Eagerness to learn and develop
The selection process is done remotely via phone and Skype interviews. For the successful candidate, there is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes flight reimbursement within the first couple of weeks, 2 weeks hotel on arrival, which will give you the time to find something for yourself. The company will also support you in finding accommodation, setting up a Bulgarian bank account and Tax number. And of course, you will be fully trained before you start helping customers. In short – a lot of support will be provided to get you settled in your new city quickly!
