This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner – and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. As a SMB Sales Advisor, you will be part of an online sales team for a very well-known software brand. Your focus will be on selling hardware to small medium business clients by email or phone in English. In this role, you will conduct both in-and outbound calls, provide product information, answer queries and process orders in a timely manner. This is a varied role which suits and experienced Account Manager.
We are looking for candidates who have:
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English
– Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
– Computer literate
– Eagerness to learn and develop
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
