An exciting new role has come available in Northern Ireland for a fluent SWEDISH speaker to join an international Payment Support team. The job is based in Belfast – a vibrant and multicultural city with lots of activities to do during the day as well as in the evening. Besides this, outside the city you will find beautiful countryside to explore!
As a Payment Support Specialist, you will represent a global online payment brand, where you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers from SWEDEN. Your contact with your customers is mainly done via inbound phone calls but also sometimes emails. You will answer any queries they have and solve any issues they experience. Achieving high customer satisfaction and first-time resolution is important in this role.
The successful candidate has:
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Swedish and English
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Ability to multi-task
The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype. Once you are successful you will be asked to book your own flight to Belfast, but your flight costs will be reimbursed, 7 nights in a city centre hotel upon arrival, Support in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and much more. Advance in wages to help with first month’s rent and deposit.
