We have an exciting new opportunity open for Swedish speakers for a new role in Latvia’s capital Riga. The city is considered a cultural center and is home to many museums and concert halls. The pedestrian-only Old Town has many shops and restaurants with the busy Livu Square, with bars and nightclubs, so plenty to do in your spare time!
You will work as a Back Office Administrator for a global insurance company where you will be responsible for back-office support for the internal Sales & Underwriting teams. You will receive incoming emails/chat and also will pick up cases from the internal database system. Your task includes among others the review and investigation of cases and claims, action any queries, amend policies etc.
The ideal candidate should have:
Fluent in English and Swedish
Excellent administration skills
Ability to multitask
