We are recruiting for a part-time Sales Administrator who can support an international sales team in Dublin. This is an office admin role working in the head quarter of a software company that provides employee reward and recognition platform to companies throughout the world.
As a Part-Time Sales Administrator you will work for 15 hrs per week, where you will provide administrative support to the sales team. Preparing and administering mail marketing campaigns, preparing reports and general administration duties are part of your tasks. You will work with Salesforce and will be responsible for updating this system and that changes are made accurately.
We are looking for candidates who have:
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• Attention to details and can work on own initiative
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
The 15 hrs per week can be spread out during Mon-Fri office hrs.
