We are recruiting for fluent Norwegian speaking candidates who want to join an international Customer Support team in Cluj, Romania. This large city in the northwest of Romania is home to universities, vibrant nightlife and beautiful architecture.
In this role you will be helping existing as well as new consumers of a global software company via phone and email. Most of your contact will be via incoming calls and emails – your task is to listen to the customer, collect the relevant data and diagnose the issue. Technical troubleshooting and first-time resolution is important in this role.
We are looking for candidates who have:
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Norwegian
– Good command of English
– Excellent listening and customer service
– Computer literate
– Eagerness to learn and develop
Full paid training will be provided. Extremely competitive salary plus monthly bonusses.
