We are recruiting for fluent Indonesian speakers for an international customer support project in Sofia, Bulgaria. Within this global team you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from (business) clients via phone, email and live chat. Listening to the customer, answering their queries in a timely manner, administration, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have:
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Indonesian
– Good command of English
– Excellent listening and problem solving skills
– Computer literate
– Eagerness to learn and develop
Fully paid training will be provided. Excellent relocation package available which includes flight reimbursement, 2 weeks hotel on arrival and relocation assistance.
Please note that you need to be eligible to work in Bulgaria, e.g. EU passport holder or other document to show you have the right to work in Bulgaria.
