We have a new opening in Bucharest for an experienced German speaking call centre/lead agent who has had experience in coaching/quality assurance. As a Lead Agent/Coach you will assist the Team Manager in various tasks to ensure the team performs at the standard required. Creating a stimulating work environment to continually increase the improvement and results of your team is part of your daily responsibilities. You will work closely with your team to improve individual and department KPI performance. It will be your responsibility to analyse performances and make sure your team has the tools and knowledge they need to deliver their targets. Designing and delivering individual and group training/coaching sessions will be part of your role.
We are looking for candidates who have:
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in German
– Previous experience as a call centre agent
– Ability to motivate and coach team members
– Strong Customer Service experience
– Computer literate
Full paid training will be provided. Extremely competitive salary plus monthly bonusses.
