An exciting new role has come available in the capital of Northern Ireland for a Social Media Expert. Belfast is a vibrant and multicultural city with lots of activities to do during the day as well as in the evening. Outside the city you will find beautiful countryside.
As a Social Media Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to comments and feedback through social media channels. While the main focus in this role is on social media, you will also supports customers through, email, voice, chat and community forums.
We are looking for candidates who have:
• Fluency in written and spoken English & Dutch.
• Customer Service experience
• Experience using popular social media platforms, especially Facebook & Twitter.
• Creative writing skills – ability to repeat the same message, written in different ways and tailor to customer technical expertise level.
The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype. Once you are successful you will be asked to book your own flight to Belfast, but your flight costs will be reimbursed, 7 nights in a city centre hotel upon arrival, Support in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and much more. Advance in wages to help with first month’s rent and deposit.
