The role is for our client – a global outsourcing company – and is based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!
As a Technical Support Representative, you will work for a very well-known software company. This is a Business to Business support role, where you deal among others with technical queries in relation to Active Directory, Skype for Business and Exchange online. Your interactions are mainly with small and medium size businesses via phone, email and remote access control. Collecting the relevant data to diagnose a root cause is important in this role. The main focus will be on solving issues for the customer first time round in a timely manner.
We are looking for candidates who have:
– Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Czech
– Good command of English
– Previous experience in customer service / technical support is desired
– Ability to multi-task
– Computer literate
– Eagerness to learn and develop
The selection process is done remotely via phone and Skype interviews. For the successful candidate, there is an excellent relocation package on offer which includes flight reimbursement within the first couple of weeks, 2 weeks hotel on arrival, which will give you the time to find something for yourself. The company will also support you in finding accommodation, setting up a Bulgarian bank account and Tax number. And of course, you will be fully trained before you start helping customers. In short – a lot of support will be provided to get you settled in your new city quickly!
